FORGE AHEAD

The journey of a Christ follower is not a static one. Even in seasons of waiting, uncertainty, or seeming barrenness, there is purpose for the one who is faithfully seeking. Friend, you have not missed your calling simply because the way your life looks today isn’t what you thought it would be. Be encouraged – His timing is so perfect. He is such a loving Father that often when it seems there is nothing happening, it’s because He’s tenderly working inside our hearts to prepare us for the next season. Be assured, despite what you may see around you – He is working. You are being cultivated. And one day soon, you’ll lift your head and find that He’s plucked you up and planted you smack into a new season when you least expected it. That longing you feel inside your soul to move on? Don’t despise it. It’s because deep in your spirit, you know He’s preparing you for more. Keep pressing on. He is faithful.

Where you are today is not all there is. With God, there’s always more.
