REALIGN OUR HEARTS, LORD.

Left to ourselves, our hearts are prone to wander. Have you ever had a few days or weeks where you began to feel the distance from the Lord? Inevitably confusion, deception, weariness, and soul sickness will set in. Before we know it we look around at our life and wonder where we veered off course. We were all made to need a Savior and to come to Him often to calibrate the parts of us that default back to our humanity. Just as it’s wise to get regular checkups for our physical body, our spirits need a “heart check” often. We needn’t feel condemned – He invites us with open arms. He is gentle as He sheds light on the places He desires to bring vitality and freedom. Help us Lord to realign our hearts to yours.
