THE JOY BEFORE HIM

Imagine, it was you He had on His mind when He carried His cross. Yes, you – even with all of your shortcomings, mistakes, weaknesses. He loved you first, before you even knew He knew your name; before you could do a single thing to deserve His love – He chose you. He found you to be worth the pain, worth dying for. Imagine, you were the joy He carried, so He could carry on. May He always be ours.
