SERVANT FIRST

A servant leader is servant first. This may be more of a definition then a devotion. But for those who have a heart to serve and a desire to lead, this will resonate in the deepest places.

When we become a Christ-follower we are marked to lead—lead others closer to God—with Jesus, who did not come to be served but to serve, as our example.

Servant leaders use their position as an opportunity to serve people, rather than as an opportunity to use people. Servant leadership is one cornerstone of why we do what we do at The Pointed Life.
