GOD’S DREAM FOR YOU

She was struggling with the hopelessness and discouragement that seems to always come with comparison. She felt her heart and feet become weighted like lead, and she cried out to God.

So the Lord helped her see, “It is never My dream for you to aspire to someone else’s dream. I give to each of My daughters their own.”

To aspire means to direct one’s hopes or ambitions toward achieving something. When we long for, hope for, want for what “she” has we devalue what God has given us. When we aspire to reach someone else’s dream, we cease to live our own.
